Efficiency Condo on the Beach block!
You will stay in a wonderfully designed space on the 4th floor of the Hanscom in OCNJ. The building does have an elevator. This is a well planned 218 sq ft space, with a Queen bed and a pull out twin bed/chair. Kitchenette includes mini fridge/freezer, microwave, utensils, cups, plates, hot plate, pots, pans coffee maker, Keureg and more!
More things included!
Leave your beach gear at home! Our place is fully stocked with 2 beach chairs/ beach umbrella/ beach blanket/ soft 6 pack cooler/ some beach toys/ beach towels and 3 beach tags
(towels and tags are just during summer season)
Full tub!
Tiled bathroom comes with a full tub with handheld shower head.
Perfect location
You will be in the middle of all the fun of OCNJ! OCSerenity is located on 8th street, the same block as the boardwalk (no need to cross a street to get to the boadwalk/ beach). The music pier is right at the boardwalk. Asbury street is just a few blocks away!

Holiday Coffee is located right at the corner of 8th and Atlantic - awesome coffee and smiles!
Ocean City Coffee Company has a few locations and their coffee is always delicious!
Great eats
We love going to Jon and Patty's and Yianni's - both on Asbury.
Varsity Inn is also a great place to try as well. (on 8th street walking towards Asbury)
Island Grill Seafood and Steakhouse has great seafood and steaks.
Boardwalk food
We have been known to drive down just to get Manco Manco Pizza! But there are quite a few other great Pizza shops along the boards.
Curly's Fries are a must for our family too.
We also enjoy Kohr Brothers and George's Ice Cream
Johnson's Popcorn and Shriver's Salt Water taffy are staples at OCNJ
Brown's restaurant (Near St Charles and the Boardwalk has fantastic breakfast (and awesome donuts!)
Fun things
Enjoy some of the escape rooms along the boardwalk - or there are a couple of 'old time' mini golf courses along the boards too.
A great mini-golf place we like is on 9th street on your way into OC - Pirate Island Golf
Bike riding/Running in OC is always fun - either through the streets, along the boards, across the bridge or on the beach. (Ocean City Bicycle Center is right at the corner of Atlantic and 8th Streets - easy access to rent bikes/surreys)
Nearby Zoo
The Cape May County zoo is about a 30 minute drive away, its free admission and parking - they just ask for a donation.
